Returns & Exchanges

At Green Gridiron, we want to ensure your gear is game-ready. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your gear to confirm it meets our return standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
